Join us on this expedition to
the very top of Cyprus. We will climb, combining
on road and off road tracks, to the highest point in the
Troodos area. Here we will have breathtaking views
in all directions, so do not forget your camera.
During the journey we will visit
natural fresh water waterfalls, where you can bathe in
the crystal clear waterfall pools.
We will also visit small local
village communities to experience and taste, first hand,
the traditional way of making wine. Lunch will be
taken in one of these villages.
There will be the opportunity to
shop for souvenirs and keepsakes in Troodos Square
before starting our descent back towards the coast.
On the way we will visit one of the island's many fresh
water dams which lie in fantastic landscape but also
provide and harness a precious commodity for the island.
